Marana Unified School District offers tuition assistance for licensed employees (teachers and administrators) who wish to further their professional knowledge in a college or university setting.
Healthcare
Eligible employees have the choice of two different medical plans, one dental plan, one vision plan, and flexible spending accounts.

Tuition Assistance
Marana Unified School District offers tuition assistance for licensed employees (teachers and administrators) who wish to further their professional knowledge in a college or university setting. Teachers who take classes in reading, special education, math, gifted education, or teaching English learners may have their classes reimbursed by MUSD.
Professional Development
Teachers who participate in job-related professional development can earn Professional Growth Credits on the salary schedule. Eligible employees must complete an application and then provide documentation after completing the class.
Retirement
Eligible employees may participate in the Arizona Retirement System, Supplemental Retirement Plan, and 403(b)/457 savings plans. Details of these plans can be found below.
